Job summary

Kennedy ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in the Whiteville area. This part-time and full-time role offers flexible hours, working with a supportive team and families to implement BCBA-designed treatment plans.

You will collect data, monitor progress, and maintain engaging sessions while promoting a safe environment. A valid RBT certification and transportation are required, with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Active and valid RBT certification.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
