Kennedy ABA is hiring for in-home ABA therapy roles in the Wilmington, NC area. The position offers part-time and potential full-time hours with a supportive team and opportunities to grow within the company.

You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, implement BCBA-created plans, and collect data to track progress while collaborating with families and teammates. Flexibility and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Active and valid RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy preferred.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
