Job summary

Kennedy ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy. This role offers part-time and full-time options with a flexible, supportive team and opportunities to grow. Competitive pay and training support are provided.

You will work 1:1 with children, implement BCBA-created plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to ensure positive outcomes. A valid RBT and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience in ABA therapy with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
