Job summary

Step Ahead ABA in Hawaii is seeking an in-home RBT in Honolulu to provide direct therapy under BCBA supervision. You’ll work Mon-Fri afternoons/evenings, delivering 97153 sessions in clients’ homes and collecting data to guide treatment decisions.

We offer competitive pay from $30/hour for direct therapy with additional time reimbursement, flexible hours, and a clear career pathway including supervision support and tuition partnerships.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience required.
• Availability Mon-Fri afternoons/evenings.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy as per the BCBA plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes for your therapy work.
• Support and respond to supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Keep a consistent schedule to ensure continuity of care.
• Coordinate with the BCBA and care manager as needed.
