Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for Honolulu, HI, to provide in-home therapy on two weekday afternoons, about 4 hours per week. The role is billable at $30/hour, with supervision and a clear path within BCBA oversight.

The position emphasizes flexibility, client-centered care, and support for teens with autism. The role requires reliable transportation, availability in a 4:00pm–30:00pm window, and prior ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior ABA experience
• Availability two weekday afternoons within 4:00pm–30:00pm

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per treatment plan
• Coordinate with BCBA and family for session goals
• Record session data and notes; ensure timely documentation
• Participate in supervision and feedback sessions with BCBA
• Maintain client safety and confidentiality during home visits
