Job summary

Qualifications

• RBT certification and valid NPI number required.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients' homes to provide ABA therapy per BCBA-directed plans.
• Record and analyze data on client behaviors and progress.
• Assists in developing individualized care plans.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records and documentation.
• Educate clients and families about behavioral strategies.
• Use medical terminology appropriately when discussing care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for client support.
• Provide ongoing session support and engagement.
