Job summary

Qualifications

• RBT certification required with valid, current credentials and a registered NPI number.
• ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum or developmental challenges.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel ~30 minutes to client homes.
• Flexible to work one weekend day as needed.
• Preferred: education in special education or related fields.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills for behavioral therapy.
• Knowledge of medical documentation practices and HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and families.
• Background check must be completed and passed.

Responsibilities

• Visiting clients' homes to provide in-home ABA therapy per BCBA guidance.
• Collecting and recording data on client behaviors and progress.
• Helping develop care plans tailored to each client.
• Maintaining HIPAA-compliant medical records and documentation.
• Educating clients and families about therapy techniques.
• Using appropriate medical terminology when discussing care.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive support.
• Providing ongoing support during therapy sessions to promote engagement.
