Lakeside ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to support clients in District Heights, MD. This part-time role involves delivering ABA therapy in clients’ homes under BCBA supervision, collecting data, and supporting families with strategies.

Ideal candidates hold RBT certification, have ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum, can travel locally, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records. Excellent communication and a collaborative approach are essential.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Prior ABA therapy experience with children on the autism spectrum required.
• Ability to travel to client homes; reliable transportation.
• HIPAA awareness and compliant documentation.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills for behavior therapy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; compassionate approach.

Responsabilités

• Provide ABA therapy in clients' homes under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress toward goals.
• Assist in developing care plans tailored to each client.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records and documentation.
• Educate clients and families about behavioral techniques and strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support.
• Offer ongoing support to clients during therapy sessions.
