New Patterns ABA VA in Boykins, VA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to support in-home and community-based ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data on client progress, and participate in team trainings while maintaining strong family collaboration.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, BACB RBT certification (preferred), reliable transportation, and a client-centered, empathetic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current RBT certification through the BACB preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community-based settings.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Assist in development of behavior intervention strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a positive, supportive relationship with clients and families.
• Adhere to BACB ethics guidelines and standards.
