Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. The role includes implementing individualized intervention plans and maintaining thorough data collection to track progress.

You will participate in ongoing ABA training, communicate with supervisory staff regularly, and work under BCBA guidance. Weekday and weekend availability is required, with opportunities for professional growth within a clinician-owned agency.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Experience with data collection and ABA techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
