Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA. The role requires weekday and weekend availability and active data collection to track progress.

You will participate in ongoing staff training, contribute to treatment plans, and communicate regularly with supervising clinicians to ensure high-quality care and family involvement.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
