Job summary

Applied ABC is a clinician-owned ABA therapy agency delivering in-home therapy for children with autism, with customized training on ABA basics, understanding behavior, data collection, and classroom management.

As a Behavior Technician, you will implement one-to-one intervention plans, participate in ongoing ABA training, communicate with supervisory staff, and work under a BCBA. Weekday and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data
