Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to work in the homes of children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement one-to-one intervention plans, collect session data, and participate in ongoing ABA training and staff development.

Weekday and weekend availability is required; you will receive access to exclusive training opportunities, a supportive mentorship from experienced clinicians, and opportunities for advancement within our expanding provider network.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
