Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to work in the homes of children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individual ABA intervention plans, collect data, and communicate with supervisors to ensure fidelity and progress.

Weekday and weekend availability is required; the role offers ongoing staff training, access to exclusive learning opportunities, and a supportive, clinician-owned environment dedicated to family-centered care.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience
• BA in related field or pursuing relevant education
• Strong data collection and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
