Job summary

Alongside ABA in Riverside, CA is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help build communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role is part-time, in-home, with hours Mon-Fri 12pm–7pm. Pay ranges from $20 to $26 per hour based on experience and education; this is a year-round position with opportunities for growth and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Must pass criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, TB test and vaccinations during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively in home settings while adapting strategies to each environment.
• Implement individualized ABA programs under the direction of the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate session data using agency-approved software (e.g., Boost, HiRasmus).
• Maintain professional communication with supervisors, families, and team members.
• Participate in required training sessions, team meetings, and supervision hours.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
• May respond to challenging or unsafe behaviors per training and company protocols.
