Job summary

Alongside ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT)/RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home settings under a BCBA. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and help build communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role offers hourly pay of $20–$26, a part-time schedule with weekdays from 12pm to 7pm, year-round position, and benefits like 401(k) match, paid drive time, and referral bonuses. Training is provided, and travel between sessions is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must pass background and health checks during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively in home settings while adapting strategies per environment.
• Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record session data using approved software.
• Maintain professional communication with supervisors, families, and team.
• Participate in required trainings, meetings, and supervision hours.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
• Prepare for handling challenging or unsafe behaviors per protocols.
