Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking experienced behavioral therapists to work 1:1 with children on the Autism Spectrum in-home, under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on implementing treatment plans to improve social, language, cognitive, and motor skills.

RBT certification is preferred and childcare experience is required. Responsibilities include documenting sessions, coordinating with families and supervisors, and maintaining ethical standards while providing engaging, therapeutic play.

Qualifications

• Professional childcare experience is required.
• Active RBT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows the instructions of the BCBA/Program Supervisor.
• Provides behavior interventions to assigned clients.
• Works with clients, families, and communities to implement client treatment plan.
• Completes and documents session per policies and procedures.
• Attends and participates in in-service trainings.
• Upholds the ethical standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Playtime is learning time; being fun is expected.
