Job summary

Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities in Moreno Valley, CA. You will implement treatment plans, teach essential skills, and support families in a structured, supportive environment.

Paid training and ongoing clinical mentorship from BCBAs accompany a flexible, field-based role with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience working with children is a plus, but not required.
• Available a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Afternoon/evening availability between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance and registration.
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles from home for client sessions.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable learning data collection and behavior intervention techniques.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies.
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress.
• Communicate professionally with families and caregivers.
• Attend ongoing training and team meetings.
