Job summary

Cultivate BHE is hiring a Behavior Therapist to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-6:00pm, with full training and growth opportunities in ABA.

You will collect data, implement teaching methods, and work closely with a BCBA to support a child\'s goals in a supportive home setting. Applicants should have a high school diploma or college degree, and experience in childcare or health settings is preferred, though training will be provided for the right

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or College Degree required or preferred.
• Strong data collection and documentation skills.
• Experience in childcare, healthcare, or mental health is a plus but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one in-home ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Conduct Discrete Trials and Natural Environment Teaching per the plan.
• Collaborate with a BCBA to apply ABA principles in sessions.
