Job summary

Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education is seeking a dedicated Behavior Therapist to provide in-home ABA therapy to children on the spectrum. You will work directly with families, implement teaching strategies, and collect progress data.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or College Degree.
• Experience in childcare, healthcare, or mental health preferred, but training will be provided.
• Dependability and reliability are crucial for the child’s success.
• Integrity: work in the child’s home without constant supervision.
• Positivity and patience: positive reinforcement and repetition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one in-home ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Conduct Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and teaching/reinforcement methods per the Behavior Support Plan.
• Collaborate with a BCBA to implement ABA teaching principles.
