Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to support in-home ABA therapy for children with autism in the Everett, MA area. You will deliver one-to-one behavioral interventions under the supervision of a BCBA and help track progress with data collection.

This role emphasizes family engagement, ongoing training, and collaboration with a clinical team, with weekday and weekend availability and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or pursuing relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under supervision of a BCBA in clients' homes.
• Weekday and weekend availability for home-based sessions.
• Collect and record therapy session data for progress tracking.
