Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to work in the homes of children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans and participate in ongoing staff training.

This role requires weekday and weekend availability, regular communication with supervisory staff, and strict data collection of therapy sessions. Applied ABC offers support from a veteran team and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
