Job summary

Heredia Therapy Group is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to support adolescents with Autism and other developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA-based interventions, primarily in clients' homes and community settings with occasional clinic work, while collecting progress data and assisting with parent training.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ongoing growth, and reliability, with a pay range of $20.00–$23.00 per hour and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required.
• Language: Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Certification: RBT certification is a plus but not required.
• Skills: Effective time management, openness to feedback, and a willingness to grow.
• Licensing & Transportation: Valid CA driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
• Travel: Ability and willingness to travel within the community for sessions.
• Background: Willingness to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral intervention plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Work primarily in clients' homes and community settings, with occasional clinic work.
• Collect data on client progress, assist with parent training, and support clinical assessments.
