Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus but not required.
• RBT certification is a plus but not required.
• Effective time management, openness to feedback, and a willingness to grow.
• Valid CA driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel within the community for sessions.
• Willingness to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral intervention plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Work primarily in clients' homes and community settings, with occasional clinic work.
• Collect data on client progress, assist with parent training, and support clinical assessments.
