• Must have a bachelor's degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities.
• Implement personalized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Collect data to monitor progress and adjust strategies.
• Support skill development for children and families.
• Train and empower families through coaching and compassion.
