Job summary

Developmental Pathways, Inc. is seeking a passionate ABA Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism. This role requires a heart for helping others and offers flexible scheduling in the afternoons, evenings, or weekends.

The position includes competitive pay up to $26/hour based on experience and RBT certification. Entry-level candidates are welcome, with training provided to ensure you succeed in this meaningful role.

Qualifications

• Bilingual candidates with 6 months to 1 year of in-home ABA experience required.
• Entry-level training provided for those without experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism.
• Implement personalized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Collect data and support skill development.
