Developmental Pathways, Inc. is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with autism. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will help implement personalized behavior plans, collect data, and support skill development in familiar home settings.

Qualifications

• Interest or experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Willingness to travel for in-home visits and participate in training.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with autism.
• Implement personalized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Collect data and track progress on target behaviors.
• Train and empower families in strategies and techniques.
