Developmental Pathways, Inc. is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide compassionate 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism.

Under supervision of a BCBA, you’ll implement personalized behavior plans, collect data, and empower families through training and guidance. This part-time role offers flexible afternoon, evening, or weekend hours, mileage reimbursement, paid sick leave, and eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• Spanish speaking required for client communication.
• No prior ABA experience required; in-house training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA support to children/teens with Autism or developmental disabilities.
• Implement personalized behavior plans under BCBA supervision and collect data.
• Support families with training and skill development.
• Travel to client homes within the service area; arrive on time and maintain documentation.
