Job summary

Applied ABC is a rapidly growing clinician-owned ABA therapy agency providing in-home and in-center therapy for children with autism. We are seeking a Behavior Technician to implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans directly in the homes of children, under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will collect therapy session data, participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques, and maintain regular communication with supervisory staff. Weekday and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
