Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on implementing individualized intervention plans in the home environment and collaborating with families to support progress.

You will participate in ongoing training, collect and record session data, communicate with the supervisory team, and maintain dependable weekday and weekend availability. Applied ABC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or pursuing relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
