As a Behavior Technician for Autism Services (ABA), you will play a vital role in empowering our clients and their families with personalized service that supports independence and success.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Working closely with a team of clinical experts to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Providing one-on-one therapy sessions, as well as group therapy sessions, in a home-based setting
• Collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior, and providing feedback to the treatment team
• Collaborating with parents/caregivers to identify and implement strategies to support their child's overall development and well-being

Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA therapy plans, including functional skills training, social skills training, and adaptive skills training
• Utilize various behavioral interventions to address client behaviors, such as reinforcer-based strategies, and errorless learning techniques
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress, including data collection and reporting
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of client treatment plans
• Provide ongoing training and support to parents/caregivers on strategies to implement and generalize skills learned during therapy sessions

Requirements:
