Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with a child in their home environment, under the supervision of a BCBA. The role offers flexible after-school hours, with potential weekends, and includes personalized training plus opportunities to pursue RBT certification.

You will implement ABA strategies, track progress, and document data while collaborating with BCBA leaders in our ABA Professionals Network.

Qualifications

• Applied Behavior Analysis and related fields.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with pre-school and elementary-age children.
• Ability to document progress notes and data.

Responsibilities

• Engage in rapport building and creative problem solving to aid communication.
• Measure and document skill acquisition per BIP.
• 1:1 in-home direct service with ABA approaches.
• Session documentation, data analysis, and billing.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisor feedback.
• Communicate respectfully with clients, caregivers, supervisors, coworkers.
