Qualifications

• We require a High School Diploma or GED for Assistantlevel or AA Degree for Associatelevel.
• 1+ year experience in a similar processing or customer service role is preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and basic Excel knowledge is required.
• Experience in the Insurance industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle financial transactions related to in-force policies such as premiums, loans, withdrawals, and surrenders.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve policy-related issues promptly.
• Enter and maintain policy data in company systems with accuracy.
• Ensure activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams for smooth operations.
• Participate in process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
