Group 1001 is seeking an In-Force, Operational Expert to support cross-functional initiatives across the Annuity Operations group and uphold compliance with financial industry rules. You will engage with Product, Compliance, and Ops teams to drive process improvements and ensure accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes extensive annuity knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to guide complex operational changes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of annuity experience in a related role.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in relevant industry practices and standards.
• Ability to provide expert advice on complex operational issues.

Responsabilidades

• Document and understand project impacts on current processes and update procedures accordingly.
• Interpret regulatory and legal changes to existing processes.
• Consult on project scope and document non-MVP items for releases.
• Review CODE Regulatory changes and assess impact on Operations.
• Partner with Compliance to ensure standard and compliant Operations.
• Review Audit Narratives and Model Audit Rules for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead knowledge transfer between Product and Operations and interpret impact to Annuity Operations.
• Coordinate contract corrections, corrective processing and complex processing.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and develop workable solutions.
• Learn and update knowledge of financial products and internal processes in line with industry rules.
• Support change management in Annuity Operations.
• Consult on Business Requirement Documents and participate in User Acceptance Testing.
• Plan, execute and monitor In-Force projects to achieve outcomes.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and support project implementations.
