Surface Experts is a field sales opportunity in San Diego North County. The role focuses on visiting clients on-site, booking work, and delivering outstanding service with full-time hours during business days.

You’ll receive a base salary plus commissions, benefits, and ongoing coaching from a nationwide franchise. Training and tools are provided to help you succeed in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; we can teach the process.
• Be coachable; eager to learn and accept feedback.
• Be curious; understand customers and ask questions.
• Be detail-oriented; track routing, metrics and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Map your route, perform ~15 on-site visits and book work.
• Log notes and metrics in our software and coordinate with the team.
• Handle light admin from home.
• Participate in weekly sales coaching and ongoing support.
