Job summary

Redlinger Bros. Plumbing & Heating is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee plumbing and piping projects from kickoff to completion. You will ensure high-quality workmanship, maintain safety compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules and logistics, communicating with clients and contractors, estimating costs, and reviewing technical drawings to guide project execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience.
• 2+ years managing construction projects.
• Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred.
• Familiarity with project management platforms and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage project schedules, materials logistics, and day-to-day site progress.
• Communication: Run point on communications with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Financial Management: Build accurate cost estimates, track expenditures, and draft change orders.
• Document Review: Interpret architectural blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical job specifications.
• Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for general contractors, engineering teams, and property owners.
