Job summary

Erickson Senior Living’s Greenspring Village in Springfield, Virginia, is seeking a Home Care Worker to provide compassionate, non‑medical personal care within our gated senior living community, with no travel required. You will assist residents with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, escort to appointments and social events, and promote psychosocial well‑being through meaningful relationships.

Flex positions available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a care provider serving the senior population.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (non-medical) and assist with activities of daily living.
• Support residents with routine housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, and daily tasks.
• Escort residents to appointments and social activities within the community.
• Promote psychosocial well‑being through meaningful relationships.
• Notify office of changes in a resident's condition in a timely manner.
• Adhere to department policies, procedures, and care standards.
