Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living in Springfield, VA is hiring a Home Care Worker to provide non-medical personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and escort residents to appointments within our community.

This flex position offers comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental and vision, 401(k) with match, onsite clinics, meal discounts, and education support. Wages start at $17.50/hr for Home Care Worker (higher for CNA) with a $1 weekend differential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a care provider serving the senior population.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (non-medical) and assist with activities of daily living.
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks, meal planning and preparation, and escort residents to appointments and social activities.
• Promote psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships and notify changes in resident condition.
