Job summary

Align Behavioral Health in New Jersey is seeking an Intensive In-Community Clinician to deliver weekly face-to-face sessions with youth and families, develop IIC treatment plans, and coordinate with the care team. Training and supervision are provided as you grow your caseload.

You will work in the community with evenings and weekends required, and must have a NJ license or eligibility. Bilingual Spanish is a plus and we encourage new graduates to apply.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical field.
• NJ license or license eligibility: LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or licensed psychologist. Awaiting your license number is fine, apply and tell us where you are in the process.
• Valid NJ driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Availability for after school and evening hours.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly face to face sessions with youth ages 5 through 20 and their caregivers, based on the Individual Service Plan
• Complete assessments and build IIC treatment plans with measurable goals tied to the authorized need
• Submit treatment plans in CYBER before authorizations expire, and write a progress note for every session
• Participate in Child Family Team meetings and coordinate with the assigned Care Manager
• Provide safety planning within scope and coordinate with Mobile Response when needed
• Attend clinical supervision and QA review
