Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community behavioral health support to youths aged 2–21. This part-time, on-site role conducts assessments, identifies target behaviors, and collaborates with families and schools to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

The position requires licensure as a Behavior Specialist or BCBA certification, with a relevant graduate degree.

Qualifications

• Must hold PA Behavioral Specialist license or BCBA certification or graduate degree in ABA/psychology related fields

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and identify target behaviors
• Develop and monitor ITPS with input from families and providers
• Implement strategies prescribed by licensed professionals
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide clinical oversight and maintain documentation aligned with goals
