Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant ABA in Pennsylvania to lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and providers to create and implement individualized treatment plans for youths aged 2–21.

The role combines direct care with supervisory responsibilities, requiring strong clinical insight, documentation skills, and a passion for empowering youth within a community-based program.

Qualifications

• Licensed in PA as Behavior Specialist or equivalent credential.
• BCBA or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
• Graduate degree in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling with relevant experience.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Licensure to oversee ABA services (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LSW/etc).

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals.

Education

Licensed in PA as Behavior Specialist
