Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join the in-facility rehab team. You will implement occupational therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and help patients regain function and independence.

You will report to the Director of Rehab and collaborate with therapists and nurses to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care. AOTA/ACOTE OTA program graduate with NBOT certification and state licensure eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with rehab team to support patients' goals.
