Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Windsor Locks, CT seeks an In-Circuit Test Engineer to support ICT programs, test fixtures, and PCBAs. You will troubleshoot failures at the component level and work with manufacturing, quality, and engineering to improve test performance and yields.

The role involves learning under senior engineers, updating ICT software, and supporting flying probe systems for prototypes. Onsite, U.S. citizens only.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist ICT programming: develop, modify, and optimize basic test programs for standard platforms.
• Update ICT software programs and fixture wiring for design changes.
• Troubleshoot and validate bed-of-nails and vacuum fixtures; replace worn probes.
• Perform board-level troubleshooting to identify root causes ofFailed PCBAs.
• Support flying probe testing for prototypes and NPI.
• Track test yields and analyze data to identify failure trends.
• Document test processes and logs; maintain operating procedures.
• Collaborate with assembly, quality, and engineering to improve yields.
