Job summary

Employee Magnets, Inc. is seeking an ICT Engineer L2 to join our electronics manufacturing team. You will develop and deploy in‑circuit test programs, design fixtures, and work with ATE systems (TRI, Teradyne, Keysight, SPEA) to ensure PCB assemblies meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include debugging test setups, analyzing failures down to component level, and collaborating with design engineers to improve testability. Strong knowledge of IPC‑A‑610 and test automation is desirable.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in testing PCBs, developing ICT programs, and working with ATE systems.
• Knowledge of IPC‑A‑610 and Six Sigma techniques is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement in‑circuit test programs to validate PCB assembly manufacturing.
• Create test fixtures and customize test hardware for prototypes to production.
• Work with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems such as TRI, Teradyne, Keysight (Agilent), or SPEA.
• Identify and resolve issues in test setups and equipment for accurate functionality.
• Analyze test failures and troubleshoot at component level to suggest solutions.
• Collaborate with hardware/design engineers to ensure testability during design stages.
• Provide feedback to improve manufacturability and test coverage of PCBs.
• Perform root cause analysis on test failures and drive corrective actions.
• Generate reports summarizing defects, test coverage, and quality metrics.
