Job summary

Jubilee Ministries is seeking a Store Associate to provide excellent customer service at the store and dock. You will operate the register, assist with donations, and help keep the space organized and welcoming.

Join a mission-driven team with daily prayer, devotions, and a commitment to the Gospel. Schedule is Monday–Saturday with flexible hours in the 8:00 am–8:00 pm window, compensation at $15.00/hour for this role.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service at the store and dock.
Operate the register as scheduled.
Resolve customer concerns and returns with management support.
Assist in opening/closing the store and dock as instructed.
Keep shelves neat and displays attractive; maintain clean store and dock.
Process donations per policy.
Assist with loading/unloading purchases and donations.
Attend staff meetings and team-building activities.
Model Jubilee's Mission, Core Values, and Employee Code of Conduct.

What You'll Do

Provide an excellent customer service experience for everyone who enters the store or visits the dock.
Operate the register as scheduled.
Assist management in resolving customer concerns and returns.

Assist in keeping shelves and racks full and displayed attractively and assist in keeping store and dock clean and organized.
