Job summary

Jubilee Ministries in Kentucky seeks a part-time Customer Service Associate to support store and dock operations while reflecting our Gospel-centered mission. You will engage donors, manage transactions, and uphold faith-based values in daily interactions.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting with 25 hours per week and $14.00 per hour compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer service experience for all who enter the store or dock.
• Operate the register as scheduled.
• Assist management in resolving customer concerns and returns.
• Assist in opening and closing store and dock as instructed.
• Keep shelves and racks full, displayed attractively, and maintain cleanliness.
• Process donations according to policy.
• Assist with loading or unloading purchases and donations.
• Participate in staff meetings and team building.
• Represent Jubilee’s Mission Statement, Core Values, Faith Statements, Position Statements, and Employee Code of Conduct.

What You’ll Do

The Details

Schedule: Monday – Saturday, Morning & Evenings

Hours: 25 hours per week
