Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. in Brandon, FL is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our dialysis team. You will provide direct patient care, operate and monitor dialysis equipment, and support safety and quality standards under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a desire to help patients, and optional related healthcare experience. CPR within 90 days and a state certification within 18 months may be required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• You will work directly with patients to provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment.
• Prepare machines for hemodialysis treatments, disinfect machines after treatment, and conduct machine safety checks.
