Job summary

CED Systems in the United States is seeking an In-Building RF Engineer to shape wireless performance inside complex indoor spaces, focusing on LTE and 5G coverage and capacity. You will design and optimize DAS and small cell solutions, coordinate with construction teams, vendors, OEMs, carriers, and project managers, and produce carrier-ready design documentation.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications and an iBwave Level 3 Designer certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• iBwave Level 3 Designer certification.
• Experience designing in-building DAS and small cell systems.
• Experience with carrier programs such as T-Mobile.
• Ability to read architectural floor plans and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Design in-building wireless systems for DAS deployments.
• Coordinate with construction teams, vendors, technicians, OEMs, carriers, and project managers.
• Experience designing or supporting both passive and active DAS architectures.
• Ensure compliance with carrier standards and safety guidelines.
• Produce clear, carrier-ready design documentation using MS Office and design tools.
