Hoosier Heartland State Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver an excellent in-branch experience. You will handle teller transactions, reconcile cash drawers, and provide comprehensive account services.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of customer service, and strong listening, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Training and growth opportunities are offered in a supportive, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience (minimum of 1 year).

Responsibilities

• Accurately process teller transactions and reconciling a cash drawer.
• Providing account services to customers.
• Follow the established guidelines and procedures while processing new and existing accounts, IRAs, CDs, HSAs, loan applications and all other basic tasks.
• Maintain all service standards and help teammates as needed; meet goals as directed by management.
• Determine customers’ needs through relationship banking and offer referrals using relationship-based sales.
• Attend internal and external trainings.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
• Comply with bank operations and security procedures.
• Turn reports in promptly.
• Perform services at the location assigned by supervisor.
