Job summary

The Kalamazoo Wings are seeking an energetic In-Arena Host to engage fans during preseason, regular season, and playoff home games. You will serve as the in-arena host and on-camera personality, executing game entertainment and emceeing events with professionalism.

Responsibilities include live promotions, fan contests, sponsor activations, and representing the team at community events. A demo reel and on-camera presence are required, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hosting/announcing experience preferred.
• Demo reel required for consideration.
• Available for all home games with nights/weekends/holidays.
• Excellent communication skills to engage audiences.
• Knowledge of Kalamazoo Wings and hockey rules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute live game entertainment elements, including on-court promotions, fan contests, and sponsor activations.
• Attend pre-game meetings and rehearsals to support game presentation.
• Represent the organization at community and sponsor events; emcee appearances and interviews as needed.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in interactions and across social media.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
